Delivery and order preparation times

Free delivery and no minimum order in Europe.

Every items ordered on Alpenplus are available in stock, 24/48h delivery after order confirmation through SDA or GLS express courier (you can choose the courier when ordering). Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays.

Orders placed after 5p.m will be shipped the following day.
Orders confirmed and paid after 3p.m on Friday, will be shipped on Monday.

Shipment tracking

Upon order confirmation you’ll receive an email from us that will inform you about your delivery status and preparation of the package, together with the tracking code. Through the tracking code you can check the progress of the order. If you are registered on the site, you can check the status from your customer area too.
